Some good employees until you get to upper management then that is it there's nothing more from there on up

Working with a person that only benefits himself and his extravagant way of living is hard. No vision of development other than his own and his family. Facilities are rough in every sense and only care about making money without giving their student the basic they need to be comfortable in a class room. And I won't even get into their antiquated process of endless paper. No vision for moving forward technologically. Nepotism and politics rule the day to day operation. Worst place to work for period.
