      Pros

      Home-work balance is good. Initial pay raises are good if you’re just starting out and show initiative.

      Cons

      Miss-communication between management and staff. Management often sets goals for employees but does little to help put them in the best position to complete them. Misappropriation of staff and equipment.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
