Pros
-Management is pretty well trained - good new hire systems - lots of training opportunities - diversity in projects - middle sized firm (2200 employees) - work life balance - coworkers are social for the most part but can also get your work done if you aren't into that - plenty of room for advancement - most managers have an open door policy
Cons
Middle range on compensation but the work environment certainly makes up for it
