      Their is opportunity at the company, and the company has a growth mindset that focuses on serving large institutional type clients with direct services.

      Cons

      There can sometimes be red tape with moving ideas forward at the company due to it's size. And there can be lots of meetings.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
