Pros
Flexible scheduling post pandemic, and generally good coworkers. There's is nothing that really sets it apart, I would say it generally falls pretty middle of the road as far as pay and benefits.
Cons
Not a great environment for learning and it is easy to be pigeonholes into a task, so not a lot of learning opportunities. The pay is fine, but the are reluctant to promote analysts.
