Pros
Dewberry provides very competitive benefits, the people in the office are a huge PRO for the Dallas office, and the company provides flexibility when needed. Everyone in the company is helpful and understanding.
Cons
The company as a whole is somewhat resistant to change (behind the curve, so to speak, when it comes to the use of technology), and there has been some morale upset in the Dallas office due to some turnover and management issues. Also, the company doesn't provide many opportunities for career growth unless someone gets sick, retires or resigns.
