Some of the most devoted and smartest engineers work here working on innovative projects (depends on office). Because it's a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, you are forced to learn and complete tasks quickly. Diversity within company and offices. Average benefits package.
Cons
Robotic, dreary environment. Provides the bare minimum for employees--from pay to training to perks. In fact, little training is given, yet they will hold sky-high expectations for new hires and recent grads. Disorganized, unstructured management with poor communication between each other and in some instances, complete disrespect towards employees.
