Pros

Nothing to write about as the management especially the CEO is very money minded so be careful he will cut all ties with you if the client has no requirement. Very brutal fellow but good buisness man who does not believe in making great connections.

Cons

Extremely Toxic management in the hyderabad office, I am glad there was a management who let go from the project Both Om and Rahul were toxic presence at the office, The company fires people whenever client requirement is met, even if you have worked there for 2 years.

Cons

only hire contractros and the ccompetition to get hired directly by the contracting company is intense. The contracting company also doesnt pay as well as the contractor company does.
