1. great place to learn for freshers 2. you get to own and design the system by yourself 3. k8s native work, hands-on with helm, CI/CD, gitOps 4. challenging problems, flat structure and open source code 5. get to attend and give conference talks & meetups
Cons
1. processes are still maturing ( although you get to see how a start up evolves) 2. don't expect great work life balance (its a startup, it's expected from your end that you deliver 110%) but learning, impact, and ownership opportunities often outweigh these challenges.
