There's no pros. They'll tell you that they don't restrict their employees but soon you'll see they lock the gate with chain and lock so employees can't get out.
Cons
It's like any more scam center where you can utter any bs showing them of hope about internship where infact their certificate along with their advertisement like their founder s worked in kpmg and google or microsoft when infact all these scammers just wanna milk students money from all over india. Also unless you generate them revenue of 2.5 Lakhs per month forget about your salary. If your total revenue generated is between 3 - 5Lakhs for month then they will pay you 5k rs. cheapskates.
