Detailed, thorough training programs in the early days to outline history, goals, culture, tools to do your job, and introduce you to other departments and teammates from the start! Reimbursement for wifi and cell phones, phenomenal health benefits, average PTO.
Cons
Very intense training. Take lots of notes because none of it will really make sense as it's coming at you, but every document says not to panic because they don't expect you to know everything when you're done training.
