Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us as a Nurse Practitioner. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. Our member-facing teams, like our NPs, follow policies and procedures designed to ensure we deliver the highest quality care possible and uphold our mission of providing excellent service. Constructive feedback on notes is part of this process, aimed at continuous improvement to help support the best outcomes for both our members and our teams. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your perspective so we can learn. If you’d like to continue the conversation, please reach out talent@devoted.com. Thanks again, Talent Team @ Devoted Health

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
