      From the top down they are receptive to feedback Benefits , Pay, PTO and they have a culture of assuming positive intent Very team oriented and collaborative , no finger pointing or call outs They focus on moving together as a unit to be the best health plan period Amazing technology best platform I have worked with

      Start up environment (tech based so things move very fast) Scaling meaning growth doubles every year (can be stressful)

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
