Pros

The company's culture is truly exceptional, starting from a very smooth and professional hiring and training process. I feel deeply valued, not just as an employee but as a person. There are real opportunities for growth; for example, I was promoted from T1 to T2 in just two months! The pay and benefits are very competitive, but what I value most is the genuine sense of belonging and my amazing team. It is a workplace where collaboration between departments is a reality and you actually enjoy coming to work every day

Cons

As with any customer service role, you occasionally have to deal with frustrated or difficult customers. While it can be challenging, I understand it is part of the nature of the job, and the company provides good support to handle these situations.

Pros

Devoted is one of the few companies I’ve seen successfully balance rapid growth with a strong employee focused culture. Leadership consistently works to improve workflows, address organizational pain points quickly, and invest in the long term growth and development of employees. If you value a company that supports both its people and the business, Devoted is a great place to be. The work life balance at Devoted has been one of the most positive parts of my experience. Employees are encouraged to use their time off, leadership is understanding of personal needs, and the benefits package provides meaningful support. The company has built a culture where employee well-being is treated as a priority instead of an afterthought.

Cons

Because the company is growing and evolving quickly, there can occasionally be growing pains between teams and processes. Leadership has generally been proactive about addressing challenges and improving workflows.
