Pros

Benefits-they are basically free and good insurance

Cons

ZERO work life balance. You are expected to work around 12 hours per day 5 days a week even though you are paid based off of 40 hours (salaried), training is sooo fast and not thorough, you are given homework each night during orientation, if you ask a question about anything it becomes extremely hostile and it is like they are all robots and say you should know this it was in the powerpoint. It is almost like a cult and they all say "I love coming to work" and "I love it here it is the best place I've ever worked." All of their employees (mine the new hires) say this. It's bizarre. Also, you are told that working 4-10 hour days is an option once you complete orientation, that is a lie. You have to "apply" for that and they just turn you down.

Thank you for sharing this candid feedback. Our 'rocketship' growth does require a fast-paced and rigorous onboarding process; this is a deliberate choice to ensure clinical safety and quality of care remain our Northern Star as we scale. Regarding scheduling, we appreciate the call for transparency. We aim to offer 4x10 shifts whenever possible, though they are ultimately driven by patient volume to ensure we’re available when our members need us most. We’re taking your comments back to our recruiting team to ensure we’re setting the right expectations from the first interview. While the intensity of a high-growth environment isn't for everyone, we’re heartened that our recent employee engagement survey showed an 83% score among our frontline clinicians. We’re committed to supporting those who thrive on innovation and performance, and we appreciate you helping us clarify the unique profile of a successful clinician on our team.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
