There is some lack in the salary

FDA approved product and ability to manufacture products

They lack understanding of manufacturer slice of the profit and that distributors and professional sale experts and clinical experts partner with the manufacturer to penetrate vertical markets and sales channels. The company doesn't understand that compensating employees for loyalty and driving market share requires highly skilled senior medical sales representative. This company doesn't understand that limited benefits or upshot to any professional to do business with Devon MD, Devon Medical, Devon International. If interns don't find the company challenges them and is short on salaries it definability not appropriate for an experienced medical professional.
