You won’t benefit from working here at all. Unless you enjoy wasting your time, you should look for other companies to work for.
Cons
Management has no idea what they’re doing. They fail to utilize employees’ talents properly, neglect to reward hard work, constantly make terrible decisions, and avoid accountability for their actions. I couldn’t stand working under such ineffective leadership, so I left.
