Pros
-great deal of benefits such as private healthcare, psychologist, pet care or just English lessons in small group for everyone
-a lot of occasion just to do nothing, because there are a lot of company's events
-if you work you see it in your wage (good commissions system)
Cons
-too much of events and occasion to spend time with coworkers (they celebrate everything, every month there is a party, and of course if you are trying to avoid it, they think you're crazy)
- Team Leader of my team was not too experienced what was seen by the behaviour
