Pros
Wonderful products that are unique with the best sound out there! Devialet has captured audio technology with premium/luxury and that is rare! Some of the COMEX members are nice but the majority (12 COMEX members) are playing the political game. For such a small company of only 400 employees, 12 COMEX members and their salaries are costing the company too much while everyone else is not even making market salary. Stock options are given frequently to COMEX members but not anyone else.
Cons
-Change all COMEX members and bring more diversity. All COMEX members are white and went to the same business school -Get rid of the CTO which has his own political agenda, same as Head of Industrial and Head of Strategy/Product. -Get rid of the Chief Brand Officer, she alone has contributed to the highest turnover that Devialet has ever seen on any team. Mismanagement, harassment and manipulation. The Marketing team is difficult to work with and communicate with due to the Chief Brand Officer. The Chief Brand Officer got promoted and then got her own boss fired. -Listen to employees who work for the passion of audio rather than the salary which is low -Recruit a real Head of HR that can create company culture and that protects employees and not the CEO or COMEX members
