No pros to mention.

Worst work culture, Management think that employee do not have their personal life, they called you even in midnight to ask about work status. No holidays on any festival even they do not provide you sick leaves. If you take a leaves then you have to charge for it. You can not take leave on Monday as well if you took then they cut your 2 days salary. No life!! Another Disappointing part is management fight, They forgot that we are in office. Foolish!! About Hiring, They hired you for one post and after hiring will post you for some other position. Overall Worst experience!

Saturday and Sunday off No politics among employees, all employees are friendly

Only employees are friendly, the management thinks you are their slaves. They have a weird "sandwich rule" i.e. if you take holiday on Friday or Monday then your 3 day salary will be deducted. Worst infrastructure ever! No pro employee policies, only pro company policies.
