      Nothing is pros, not a good salary, no respect can shoting on you on the full of dev hall any time,CEO is very abusive

      Everyday you have to work long hour, night shift is must and no extra payment for long hours

      The only good thing is free food

      The CEO is abusive and controlling, and the company has a LALA culture, as employees are some labourers. The team leads/floor managers are insecure and manipulative, never taking the blame on their heads and always licking the boots of ceo. The CEO thinks of himself as some kind of role model, and he is so self-obsessed.
