Pros

Good opportunities to work on interesting projects with leading researchers and UN bodies Junior Staff are nice

Cons

CEO was horrible to most staff, regardless of position. All teams massively overworked, this led to 2 staff having to take significant time off after having breakdowns. Working hours included most weekends and often 9-12 hours per day. Pay well below what you would expect for comparative organisations

Pros

The work is meaningful and often intellectually engaging, with opportunities to collaborate with specialists in their fields. Colleagues are dedicated and passionate about what they do.

Cons

High staff turnover, inconsistent and POOR management practices, and a lack of clear processes. There appears to be a culture where favouritism can influence decision-making, and staff who are not aligned with internal dynamics, get pushed out.
