      Good place to work. Good benefits, and most of all, clients are really fun to work with. It can really get easy if your residential manager is good at his job.

      Pros

      -Free food at dinner and lunch time -Caring for people with disabilities making a difference in their lives -Plenty of incentives. through gift cards and thank you cards -Good job expirence- cooking food ( and making it for ) people with pathological disablities, giving out medication, learning to drive a van. -Work on holidays is double pay and over weekends is one dollar more.

      Cons

      -Not the job for everyone-the times are not for people looking for 9-5 Monday through Friday. -It is not a job that is clear cut with black and white answers-there are a lot of grey areas that can be hard to navigate through.
