Pros

other than the canteen, I really can't think of any

Cons

people are too old, im not age shaming but the boomer mentality runs very deep in this organisation, extremely reluctant to change, there's this culture of satisfying the ego of upper management to survive, Admin and finance processes stuck in the pre internet age, stupid rules like timings for the canteen and sending fuedalistic mails from the top down, I mean, I could go on and on.

Pros

Good canteen and green environment

Cons

The work culture is toxic and very disappointing. Senior people often micromanage in the name of leadership and don’t give space to junior employees to grow. There is a lot of gossip, groupism, and favoritism in the office. If you try to raise your voice or speak the truth, you’re often pushed out. Impact numbers of projects are sometimes changed or shown in a misleading way just to make the work look successful. One of the biggest problems is the financial stress. Salaries are almost never paid on time, the amount is very low, and the workload is heavy. Even though office hours are officially from 9 AM to 6 PM, you are not expected to leave before 7 PM or even later. If you ask for a salary hike or question the delay, you are treated badly—or even fired. There is a clear gap between how senior and junior staff are treated. Senior employees come in fancy cars and live comfortably, while junior staff struggle to pay rent or even afford proper meals. The organization talks about social innovation and justice, but doesn’t follow these values within its own workplace.
