Cons

-Given the smaller size (under 20), career growth opportunity is limited to company growing itself and turnover -Due to the loose management style, a high-degree of accountability is required and may not fit the standard 9-5er employee -Internal process change is the norm which can be good or bad -Long-tail sales can take months to close -Bonus structure is paid on service being delivered and not sold (as a Program Manager) -Longer hours may be necessary depending on the work-load -Some business decisions have been made on instinct rather than logic -No longer dog friendly

Pros

Honest, ethical CEO and approach to business. Highly regarded in the Boulder- Denver and Colorado business community. Cool work space in a new growing area of Boulder. World class Customers that continue to renew and want to do business with the company from one year to the next. The training solutions offered are ideal for current software environment in the U.S.

Cons

Competitive space for Training of Developers and Engineers. Pressure from different segments of the market and in some cases hard to differentiate from competition.
