      Pros

      Sometimes when you hear talk of change you're naturally hesitant, Thankfully that talk has turned into reality, so many changes for the better, so much support from the board to implement what has been talked about from attitude changes to investment in our centres resulting in a welcome cohesive attitude.

      Cons

      Maybe to implement things quicker - but isn't this a trait of all large companies?

      Pros

      Free tea & coffee also free parking on site. Direct manager lovely.

      Cons

      Bullying mentality by some staff members which management ignore. Clicky culture, hard work isn't rewarded, upper management don't care about the staff and just want to save money by making cuts. Certain members of staff being paid alot and doing very little.

      Pros

      Colleagues were friendly and helpful. Reasonably well organised company and well supported by managers. Staff were encouraged to help each other so role was varied.

      Cons

      Salary was low but largely due to agency taking a large cut. Systems were outdated making role more difficult.
