Pros

Friendly coworkers, profit sharing program, interesting projects, and company events

Cons

Lower pay than most other companied with little to no perks (car allowance, gas, etc. are only give to high up employees). They'll put you on large projects with a small team that'll force you to have to work long hours. Promotions are only given to people that have a good relationship with upper management, they'll try to hold you back from advancing as much as possible. The CEO is disrespectful & rude, people that decide to leave for whatever reason will not get any kind of acknowledgment from him. He'll tell you the get the hell out of the building on your last day, despite all the time/effort/commitment you put into you job during your time there. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing. My suggestion, don't waste your time at a company that will treat you like a piece of property and then trash you the second you leave. The Company isn't what it used to be and a lot of people are leaving because of it, this should be a wake up call to upper management.

Pros

Great People, Great Workers, Great Atmosphere. There's a reason why most people that work for them don't ever leave. They have top-notch Superintendents working for them. They are most Sub-Contractors and their employees favorite GC in the bay for a reason. That's not my opinion by the way, That's a fact!!!!

Cons

If you're not very confident in your abilities, you will get put on the chopping block when things get too slow.
