There are no guidelines. There’s no onboarding. There’s no policy manual. There’s no procedures manual. There is no qualified, experienced, educated, involved, professional, leadership. The staff knows absolutely nothing about property management. Residents suffer. Staff suffers. Staff needs people who knows what their doing. Staff needs training. LOTS of turnover. Staff are all expendable. The corporate office members ALL gossip, negatively, about community managers and onsite staff.
