Pros
It's hard to think of any at all but there are a couple of good engineers that hopefully will escape some time soon!
Cons
During my time at there I witnessed good decent engineers being bullied, manipulated, shouted at in a degrading and aggressive manner and forced into doing work with little or no training and work very long hours on top of long journeys. The engineers are not allowed an opinion and are dictated too by a small group of office staff (mostly related to each other) with zero engineering knowledge or qualifications, again I witnessed engineers being over ruled through sheer ignorance in situations where could put lives at risk. Deva Medical is run with with the mentality of a company from the 1950's, opinions are not valued, employees health and well being is dismissed out of hand. There is absolute zero chance of job progression or if you do have any ambition at the start it will soon be trampled out of you by the few long term staff that are still there and this is purely out of insecurity for their own jobs. The biggest thing that raises alarm bells is the extremely high turnover of staff for such a small company. Don't allow me to sum this place up make your own mind up by looking at the most out of date website you are likely to see for a modern day business
