Toxic work environment - S4SIPMS Project Nigeria DevTech Systems Employee Review

Terrible managemnt team, Favoritism ( sex for favours), they see qualified and hard working staff as threat, Top management staff lack managerial and leadership skills , easily pushed around and acts on gossip. Field officers are constantly harassed and bullied by the technical leadership and worse for you if you are not in their "good book" ie cronies or you don't return favors. You are victimized if you speak out. The financial corruption going on is another level and the place stinks of immorality. WORST WORK ENVIRONMENT I HAVE EVER WORKED IN .Terrible experience
