Great culture of continuous improvement, lovely people, not yet too big to create unnecessary processes but not too small to be concerned about profitability. Always a drive to automate manual tasks to allow people to focus on innovation and value

Not really a con but as the company evolves and grows, and integrates with its new parent, be prepared for and open to a fast paced, changing environment.
