- Everyone in Cardiff office is very nice
- Alot people mean well

- Their highering people so fast they're throwing them at projects they have taken on.
- Staff turn over is high
- If not working in the head office feel very out of the loop
- Due to engineering staff shortage, people placed on projects that completely misaligned to there skill sets supposed to just deliver things for clients.
- Process/business structure seems to change all time with little input from engineers.
