Pros
A group of people - both in and out of leadership - that are determined to get the best out of each other. A training budget that is largely self-managed is a great example of this, but also the attitude throughout the company that we should all help each other to develop and learn. The people are the best part of DOG, but it's the carefully curated company culture that allows them to thrive so readily. The People department (HR in most companies) is especially fantastic.
Cons
The nature of the business means that one has to inevitably work with clients who aren't so progressively minded. It's by no means every client, but can be quite the culture shock. There can also be a fair bit of travel, despite efforts to reduce this.
