Thank you for taking time to complete a review. As a Federal contractor, we are definitely impacted by changes and disruptions in government. We have done our best to ensure that our employees are treated as fairly as possible as there are changes outside of our control. Thanks for showing up each day and working with us. ~Kendall, CEO

Thank you for taking time completing the review. I appreciate the praise and the feedback. To address your comment on pay, we do assess pay each year, specifically refreshing our pay brackets so that they are competitive with government contractors in the regions we support. Other sectors, may pay more, that is true. As far as complacency. Let's get you engaged more. It sounds like you appreciate the culture. If you want to do more, learn more, engage more, let someone know. You can reach out internally to myself, HR, our Chief Technologist (John), whomever. There's always more to do than we have time to do it! Thanks again. ~Kendall, CEO

Pros

The people who were not managers were really great.

Cons

Toxic management/leadership and a CEO who denies anything negative brought to her attention. Her response to negative reviews on here is a prime example. She simply can't believe what culture she has created so she makes herself out to be the heroine who would have helped. But most of us already know, you didn't help at all, so stop pretending. It makes you appear very foolish.
