      Excelente onboarding process Fair compensation Respect for the employers Remote from Brazil, on a EUA interesting project.

      No cons until now. All staff was very respectful the communication and feedback is clear and very well organized and documented process.

      Pros

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

      Cons

      some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.
