Worst company to work with – No job security, unfair policies - Software Engineer Dev Information Technology Employee Review

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in Ahmedabad. Nothing about this place is professional. They will send you to any location depending on client preference, with no concern for your own situation. Job security is zero — if you fail even one interview, they will fire you immediately. The roles and responsibilities are unclear and keep changing for each employee. Taking even a single day of leave requires a doctor’s certificate, which is unreasonable. They also cut salaries at any time without proper explanation. If you are looking for stability, respect, or fair treatment, please avoid joining this company.
