      Pros

      The people. Really this company is so divers and everybody is welcomed as they are, you can wear what you want and your colleagues will support you as the person you are. The coherence between the people is just awesome and you can talk about everything which goes through your mind and they will listen.

      Cons

      Some people in manager positions shouldn't be in that position. Also age equals competences for HR, company politics is just too strong.
