Great working atmosphere, nice office, friendly colleagues, healthy work - private life balance, salary level is above the industry average, good brand reputation, proper management skills in my department
Cons
Organization is too big and complex, therefore all decisions are made very slow. The IT infrastructure of the company is not the most modern, working efficiency could be much higher. Senior management does too much presentation & bullshitting instead of clear vision and real strategy
