Deutsche Bank acquisition impacted the business model and leadership within Numis have limited control over the direction of the business Culture varies a lot team by team. There are many good bankers and teams with good cultures, however some have been led by poor performing bankers who bring in very few deals or new clients. A minority of teams, typically the worst performing ones, were known to have toxic cultures.
