Pros
Enjoy my colleagues. Culture on junior (Analyst - Associate) level is better than mid (VPs/Directors). Some impressive MDs.
Cons
Not well structured for juniors to learn / advance. People don't recognise the effort / work you put in. No good staffing visibility. Not very diverse. A lot of redundancies.
