Unfortunately the salty so not in the high range as other companies in the same field. Depending on the department and team, you might get a stable salary increase and jump into the career but in Berlin unfortunately can be quite slow to climb up. If you move I internally to a higher role you might still have to wait 1year and half before getting the title you applied to.
