Politics is going on , the good work only done manager and very small defect assign to you , flattering is important if you are good at it and you can survive here only implementation work is there,no technology work is here ,the lead is god here and your experience don't count only fresher get good salary as compared to experiened,work life balance is worst need to work 1am or 2 am also ,managment is not good here
