Pros
Mostly nice, smart people. great on-site cafeteria. great perks include free admission to a lot of NYC museums and galleries through DB sponsorship of culture.
Cons
i'm guessing that it's all about cost savings; IT support is very spotty. from time to time you get someone who actually knows what they're doing. most of the time one gets the impression of a person reading from a script who may not be able to find the on/off switch without instructions; nice people, but totally not up to the job. makes for frustration when a (sometimes) minor tech issue takes weeks to resolve.
