Overall culture is good: result oriented, respectful (although it may differ depending on the project)
Cons
Lots of bureaucracy, constant audit checks. So hard to really perform. Also the company a bit too vertical, i.e. has a strict hierarchy, which backfires in case of bad management decisions.
