Pros
Deutsche Bank has a structured Internship program that lets you learn and contribute at the same time. You are usually assigned a mentor who will assign you a project for the summer internship. You are given responsibilities you would normally have if you were working at DB which is great. Very smart people , very relaxed atmosphere my mentor was great to me even though he was quite senior in the bank so it was nice.
Cons
Competitive , friendly rivalry for top spots. I also think that the human resources department is lacking in terms of being co-ordinate in assessing new interns.
