Pros
The work is challenging - I find that a good thing. Quite good remuneration. Flexible working hours - as long as work is done and you do your allocated hours, of course (quite sensible really)
Cons
The processes are too complex and cumbersome. Even simple things require a number of various requests and approvals. Can be quite inhibitive. Promotion process very obscure. There is a bit of 'blame culture' making people a bit reluctant to take initiative.
