      Money, Money, Money. This is really the reason to work in investment banking in general, and DB is no different. Though among the banks I have worked in, this one was better than average.

      Cons

      As with all investment banking jobs, you have no life outside the office.

      Poor work life balance. IT is terrible. Lazy people and troublemakers are promoted.
