      Pros

      Partners are some of the most passionate in the business and care greatly for the best interests of each of their employees. Fantastic work/life balance, beautiful office space, great atmosphere, employees treated excellently.

      Cons

      Open office environment can at times be distracting. Pay scale is low, but not unusually low for Detroit.
