      -Great pay and Benefits + 401k Match -Weekly Overtime 10Hr Work Weeks

      Cons

      -Management picks people they want on new jobs -Managers bully and harass people in groups -Managers allow Line Leaders to threaten new employees -Competition for Numbers between Line Leaders -Management puts Quality People against workers -Too Many Temp workers filter in and out weekly -No Random Drug Screening (many employees on dope and selling it) -No Break room for West Side of Plant Workers -Bathrooms are terrible but that's because of the bad element -Employees told to not wear earbuds while others cover them up with headbands -Employees are all on smart phones and eating while working

      Pros

      Never experienced any of the discrimination that's noted in other reviews. Most people within management are kind and knowledgeable. HR team has always been professional and willing to help. Plant runs smoothly and processes are well documented. Senior management is very approachable and treats all employees with respect.

      Cons

      Occasionally will have mandated weekends, which is normal compared to most manufacturing plants.

      Lots of hours to get

      Cons

      Political besides racists co workers and management doesn't appreciate all the hours you put in when they ask you to come in and help them out from day one everyone tells you how the manager is home schooled racist
