disorganized, no business plans. loose customers constantly. Owner doesn't know a thing about the trade.

Refuses to pay overtime even if you clock in early or late. Most work will be outsourced and you will be juggling between projects you have no direct control over, insufficient amount of tools needed to make signage, small workspace and tables for large scale projects, owner has terrible customer service skills and is easily upset with employees for things out of our control. Can't maintain employees and owner is not willing to further invest into the company so jobs can be completed with less risks to damage. Expect even the smallest of tasks outsourced like measurements or a poor measurement job by owner and being told to figure it out. A lot of contractors or other businesses don't want to work with the company anymore on projects.
